Karen Latham
Karen is a former senior IT professional with three years of experience in the oil industry and fifteen years in investment banking where her reporting lines varied between IT management and business line management. She has ten years' experience of recruiting technologists from the client side.

Chris Neale
Chris formerly led the Technology Practice at the top-tier global search firm Barkers Norman Broadbent (BNB plc) as Director for Europe with full Algemeen Directeur and Geschäftsführer responsibility. His career prior to this was in the software industry.

John Moody
John, originally from a stock-broking background, commenced his career in search in the early nineties as a partner in a specialist banking technology search boutique. He has worked with many top name investment banks.

Janette Owen Soest
Janette specialised in ICT/telecommunications search for Goodman Graham/Norman Broadbent based in the Netherlands. Her background also includes Human Resource management for technology organisations.

Margaret Bradley
Margaret originally worked for a major international search firm focusing on project management and candidate research. A fluent speaker of French and German, Margaret ran pan European search projects and candidate research.

Katherine Grace
Previously from the technology search firms Goodman Graham and Talisman (now part of Penna plc) Katherine has twenty years of experience in both candidate and market research.
